I’m up in the gym, working on my fitness. OK maybe not.
I know I announced this to the world last year but my fitness goal is still the same. My body goal is to look similar to Natalie Mejia from Girlicious [see vid. white shirt]
I have a hard time sticking to any diet cuz I’m lazy and I get hungry [yes. totally fat girl mentality] For example, last night, I wanted to eat chorizo, eggs, and grits. So I accidentally made too much grits and chorizo. Instead of throwing it away, I decided to add more egg so it’ll all be proportional [yes. i’m OCD/neuro]
and then I ate it all :-/
and THEN I had a milkshake.
WTF.
On the bright side, I only eat rice cakes and drink water in the day which is completely not healthy I know but it helps.
My weight goal is to hit barely under 100 lbs. Currently I’m at 110. So make that 2lbs off a month, I should be OK by summer. Actually I’m not too focused on the number but I am more concerned with waist size. I still buy jeans in 24 waist but it’s becoming a little snug so……yea. Not interested in going up a weight class.
So what’s the plan? I have fitness bootcamp later this month and in the meantime, my friend just convinced me to go back to yoga weekly. AND I walked the stairs this morning instead of the elevator.
