Paseo. The ultimate Cuban sandwich.
With over 600 reviews on Yelp, enthusiatic referrals, winding lines and a crowded made for 8 seating area, Paseo is favorite of both locals and tourists. It was sold to me as ‘the Pink’s of Seattle. But like.. actually good.’

Seattle: Day 1 and 2. Good food / company...
Flight: I blame San Jose. Flight there was fine. LAX went by quickly. Ate my Burger King nuggets on the plane, made it there without dying. But oh my. I’ve never been to SJC but the airport was a cross between Boise, Burbank, and Hell. Not only did we have to take a bus between each terminal and go through security. My first thxgiving of the season!
I’m sorta like a lost child. My family doesn’t celebrate Thanksgiving (or really any holiday for that matter) and Pizza Hut became our best friend.
